摘要
目的 :综述近年来抗HIV活性香豆素类化合物的研究进展。方法 :以实例说明。结果 :以天然抗HIV活性香豆素类化合物为先导物 ,筛选到许多显著抑制HIV的衍生物。结论
OBJECTIVE:The recent progress in the studies of anti HIV coumarins was reviewed.METHODS:It was described with theory and examples.RESULTS:Many compounds capable of inhibiting HIV potentially derived from the naturally occurring coumarins have been found with 28 references. CONCLUSION:It has led to a new approach to the development of anti AIDS drugs
