摘要
目的探讨健康教育与干预对提高艾滋病患者中药治疗依从性的作用,促进中医药在艾滋病治疗中的应用。方法针对存在问题开展健康教育实施干预策略和药物依从性教育。结果通过健康教育及采取综合干预措施,75例患者中,72例坚持中药继续治疗,其中死亡8例,7例坚持服用1年后,因经济等原因暂停服用,3例因合并其他感染改用抗病毒治疗,中药治疗依从性达96%。结论健康教育及心理干预对提高艾滋病患者中医药治疗依从性非常重要。
Objective The health education and interventions to improve the treatment of AIDS patients with Chinese medicine compliance role,the promotion of Chinese medicine in the treatment of AIDS patients. Methods In light of the existing issues of health education and the implementation of intervention strategies to follow drug education. Results Through health education and integrated intervention, in the 75 patients, 72 patients continue to adhere to Chinese medicine treatment, eight cases resulting in death, seven cases continuing for one year,, due to economic reasons, such as to suspend use, three cases infected by the combined use of other anti-virus treatment, Chinese medicine treatment compliance up to 96%.
