摘要
目的 :用高效液相色谱法检查曲克芦丁原料药中其它羟乙基芦丁衍生物。方法 :采用填料粒径为 5 μm的ODS柱 ,流动相为乙腈 四氢呋喃 0 .0 5mol·L 1磷酸二氢钠溶液 ( 5∶8∶87) ,用磷酸调pH 4 .0 ,紫外 3 5 0nm检测。结果 :曲克芦丁与其它羟乙基芦丁衍生物分离好 ,主要杂质相对含量测定结果的精密度高。结论 :该法简便、精密度好 ,不需使用特殊色谱柱 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC method for determination of other hydroxyethylated rutin derivatives in raw material of troxerutin.METHODS:An ODS column(5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetontrile tetrahydrofurane 0.05 mol·L 1 sodium dihydroxy phosphate (5∶8∶87), adjusted to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid, 350 nm was used as detective wavelength.RESULTS:The resolution between troxerutin and other rutin derivatives was good, the precision of relative contents of main impurities was fairly high.CONCLUSION:The method was precise, reproducible without using special column. It was suitable to routine analysis of troxerutin.
