摘要
目的 评价 NP联合方案治疗经应用 MVP联合方案治疗失败的晚期非小细胞肺癌( NSCLC)的疗效。方法 37例晚期 NSCLC接受 MVP方案治疗失败后改用 NP联合方案治疗作为治疗组 ,另以同期接受 NP方案初治的晚期 NSCLC35例为对照组。结果 治疗组完全缓解( CR) 1例 ,部分缓解 ( PR) 1 3例 ,总有效率为 37.8% ;对照组 CR1例 ,PR1 7例 ,总有效率为 5 1 .4%。两组总有效率比较差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 )。主要毒副作用是骨髓抑制 ,其白细胞下降的发生率治疗组为 78.4% ,对照组为 65 .7% ,两组比较差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,但 以上的白细胞下降率治疗组明显高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 NP联合方案是治疗应用
Objective Evaluation the clinical results of NP regimen for the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer irresponsive to MVP regimen.Methods treatments group was composed of 37 cases of NSCLS treated by NP after MVP regimen.controls group was composed of 35 cases of NSCLC treated by NP regimen firstly at same time.Results In treatments group,one case is completely response(CR) ;13 cases was partly pesponse(PR).In controls group,one case is CR,17 cases was PR.The over all objective response rate of treatments group was 37 8% Compared to 51 4% in controls group (P>0.05) .The main side effects was myclo suppression.The leukopenia rate of treatments group was 78.4% compared to 65.7% in controls group (P>0.05) .But Ⅲ~Ⅳ leukopenia of treatments group was more serious than that of controls group;Conclusion NP combinations chemotherapy may be an effective regimen in the treatment of NSCLS irrponsive to the MVP regimen.
