摘要
目的 观察岩舒注射液治疗 期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 用岩舒注射液 2 0 ml/日静脉滴注治疗 42例 期非小细胞肺癌 ,其中伴癌痛 37例。结果 有效率 7.1 % ,稳定率 61 .9% ;癌痛缓解率 81 .1 % ;90 .5 %的患者 KPS评分提高 ,有提高机体免疫功能作用 ;无任何不良反应 ;中位生存期 1 0 .2个月 ,1年生存率 42 .5 % ,3年生存率 4.8%。结论 岩舒能较好地提高晚期癌症患者的生活质量、控制癌痛 。
Objective To observing the effective of non small cell lang cancer stage IV treated with Yian Shu.Methods Treating with Yian shu 20ml via venous to 42 cases of non small cell lung cancer patients including 37 patients having cancer pain.Results The effectivity was 7.1%. the stability was 61.9%. the rate of pair relieving was 81.1%.the KPS increased in 42 patients was 90.5%.Yian shu has henificial effect on impriuing immuaity.the meam survival vate was 42.0%.the 3 years sarvival rate was 4.8%.no averse effect.Conclusion Yian Shu has benificial effect on improving the patient's living quality,survival and relieving their cancer pain.
