摘要
分析了我国城市道路交通的拥挤问题 ,利用规划实践和方法论 ,提出了要缓解城市交通拥挤 ,必须注重城市水平与道路交通的协调发展 ,以及在城市规划中 ,充分考虑土地利用、交通和环境保护的一体规划 ,文中给出了交通基础各子系统相协调发展的理论模型和城市综合规划概念模型 ,同时 ,根据城市道路交通本身的规律 ,提出了科学的交通管理理论 。
The congestion reasons in the urban highway traffic are analyzed in this paper. Using planning practice and methodology, we put forward that the coordination development of urban standard and traffic must be emphasized to alleviate the traffic congestion ,and the unite plan of land-use, traffic and the environment protection in the urban plan must be considered. A coordination development model and a urban plan model are presented. Base on the urban traffic pattern, a scientific traffic management theory is proposed. Finally, the development tendency for using new science and technology to improve traffic predicament is pointed out.\;
