摘要
交通需求与土地利用密切相关,不同城市土地利用状况对应的交通需求特征也不尽相同,量化地分析土地利用对交通的影响是交通规划中的重要环节.引入区位势能对城市土地利用进行量化评价,本方法可以提高交通预测的准确性和可靠性.通过对抽象城市模型对该方法进行了相应检验,取得了较好的效果.找到了一个新的融合点来衡量城市发展、城市规划、城市交通发展战略、城市交通规划之间辩证统一关系.
Urban land using has lot of influence on traffic demand, different land using corresponds with different traffic demand. The quantitative analysis of urban land using is an important step in traffic planning. In this paper a new analysis method based on locatpn potential energy was erected. The method could enhance the veracity and creditability of traffic forecasting. In the last, a test of this method was used in a simulate city, a good result was gotten. City development city plan city traffic development tactic and traffic plan were consolidated under the method erected in this paper.
