摘要
以NC8 9为试验材料 ,对烘烤过程中烟叶叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、淀粉、还原糖、蛋白质、烟碱、糖碱比值、香味物质及烟叶外观成熟度进行了考察测定 ,结果表明 :转火时机对烤烟上部叶的后熟程度有很大影响 ,适时转火有利于提高烤烟上部叶的后熟度及可用性。
Curing experiments were conducted with upper leaves of NC89. Chlorophyll, carotenoid, starch, reducing sugar, protein, nicotine, and flavoring substances in the leaves were determined, and appearance ripeness of the leaves was also investigated during the curing process. The results showed that the transit time had a great effect on the after\|ripening of the upper flue\|cured tobacco leaves. The after\|ripeness and usability of the leaves were improved by selecting the best transit time in flue curing.
