摘要
通过厌氧分离技术 ,接入酒糟驯化后 ,分离得到产乳酸的细菌 ,经发酵性能实验筛选出两株产乳酸最高的菌株 ,经形态观察 ,生理生化特征测定 ,此菌为乳杆菌。然后分别以玉米酒糟和瓜干酒糟为基质进行乳酸发酵实验 ,最终乳酸产量为 0 97%和 1 46 %
The lactic acid bacteria,acclimatized in alcohol distillery grain,are isolated by anaerobic technology to produce lactic acid.Two strains,which are proved to get the highest acid yield through the fermentation tests,are chosen for the next conformation observation and physiology determination.The results show that they are Lactobacillus.The corresponding yields of lactic acid fermentation tests on the base of the corn and potato alcohol distillery grain are 0.97% and 1.46% respectively.
