摘要
在固定床反应器中 ,研究了丙醛与氨环合的反应动力学特性 .研究结果表明 ,当催化剂粒度小于 0 .8mm时 ,内扩散影响可以排除 ,当气体流速W FA0 <3.6时 ,外扩散影响可以排除 .提出了简化的丙醛气相环合动力学模型 ,实验值和计算值基本相符 ,反应级数为一级 .反应速率表达式为 -γA w=83.45exp - 1 4.5 5 RTCA.提出了 3种机理模型假设 ,根据实验数据拟合的结果 ,认为模型 2的假设可以合理地解释实验现象 .研究了固定床催化反应模型 ,假定为拟一维模型 ,研究了丙醛转化率与床层高度之间的关系 。
The reaction kinetics of cyclocondensation of propionaldehyde and ammonia of 2-ethyl-3,5-dimethylpyridine are studied on a fixed-bed reactor. The study shows that the effect of inner diffuse can be neglected when the catalyst particle is smaller than 0.8?mm and the effect of exterior diffuse can be neglected when W/F A 0 is smaller than 3.6. A rate equation of vapor phase cyclocondensation of propionaldehyde is obtained as follows: -γ A w = 83.45 exp -14.55/RTC A. The three mechanistic models are proposed. On the basis of curve fitting, the second model is considered to be the proper one to explain the experiment results. The relation between the conversation of propionaldehyde and the height of fixed bed is investigated on the assumption of one-dimension quasi-stability model, which can be used for design of commercial fixed-bed reactor.
