摘要
首先对信息产业所辖行业范围进行了界定；然后提出了统计指标体系的设计原则和 设计思路；在此基础上，按照信息产业总量规模、信息设备装备率、信息资源开发利用能 力及信息产业在国民经济中的地位等４个方面，设计出了反映信息产业发展水平的统计指 标体系．
This paper first defines the limits about information industry. Then it advances principles and thou- ghts about how to design statistic index. Based on those, it sets up statistic index for reflecting information developing level from four aspects: such as information industry scale, utilization rate of installed equipment, exploiting rate of information resources, the position of information industry in national economy.
