摘要
根据科学性、系统性、准确性和可得性的要求,建立区域信息力指标测算体系,并采用主成分分析法,对各省域信息力水平进行评估,以及对信息力与经济发展水平的相关性进行实证分析,找出我国信息化的特点及其存在的主要问题,并提出相应的政策建议。
According to requirement of scientificity, systematicness, accuracy and availability, this paper sets up an index System of regional information productivity and adopts principal component analysis （PCA） to evaluates the level of information productivity of each province, based on which as empirical analysis on the correlation between information productivity and economic development is made so as to detect the features and main problem of informatization in our country. Finally, corresponding suggestions are put forward.
