摘要
针对热镀锌生产中钢、铁制工艺装备严重熔蚀现象,通过采用渗硼方法得到的铁硼化合物具有良好的耐液锌腐蚀性能.并对利用共渗方法提高渗硼层奶液腐蚀性进行了实验研究.实验证明,共渗法可以改善渗硼的性能,使脆性下降,韧性和耐腐蚀性提高;调整共渗配方和工艺,可以改善渗层成分的均匀性、渗层的表面状态,减少表面缺陷,使其耐液锌腐蚀寿命进一步提高.
As the corrosion of steely equipments in hot galvanizing is very serious, boronizing has been used and a layer of Fe-P compound, which has very good corrosion resistiviy, has been gotten. At the same time, multiboronizing has been studied to raise its Zinc-corrosion resistivity. It shows that multiboronizing can improve the properties of boronizing layer; we get the properties of low brittleness, high toughness and greatly improved resistivity. Adjustment of the prescriptions and technologies of boronization can improve the property of equality and the surface condition of multiboronizing layer, reduces the surface defect and make further impovement on its service life of corrosion resistance against molten Zinc.
