摘要
提出了一种新型的半导体致冷结构,并对其致冷机理进行了理论分析,由于与晶体管结构相同,且工作在放大状态下,因此这种半导体致冷具有控制功率小,灵敏度高等优点,同时其制造工艺还可与集成电路相兼容.
In this paper a new frame of semicondu ctor refrigeration and analyses of mechanismof refrigeration are presented.Because of the same frame as transistor and working on amplificatory state,this refrigeration fr ame has virtures such as the small control power and high sensitivity .At the same time its fabrication technics is com patible with the IC.
