摘要
为了优化谷物休止角圆盘式快速测试仪的结构,降低其系统误差,进一步提高测试精度与系统的可靠性,通过更换不同直径的试验圆盘,分析测试数据的变异情况及其稳定性,确定了最佳圆盘直径为28cm;通过分析谷物锥形状,并考虑到原始公式的沿用,提出探针的位置应在径向距圆周边缘10cm处。
To optimize the structure of a disk-type quick grain repose angle tester and reduce its error,so that further improvement of its accuracy for the measurement and a system reliability is attainable,discs with different diameters were tested.
