摘要
建立以飞溅率作为目标函数,长石、大理石、萤石、金属锰为优化因子的数学模型.根据数学模型进行编程计算得出优化结果,利用优化配方制成焊条.通过各项工艺性能对比试验研究,证明优化设计的A102焊条在保持原研制的A102焊条工艺性能方面的优势外,明显降低了焊条的飞溅率.
The mathematical model made,taking patter loss coefficient as objectiv e function,and orthoclase,dolomite,manganese,fluorite as op timization factors was Based on optimization results ,the optimizing electrode was made.Then the experiments were c arried out to compare the respective usability of electrodes.It can be se en that the optimizaing electrode A102not only maintains better usability than the initial electrode A102,but also notably reduces the spatter loss coe fficient.
