摘要
从焊条药皮组分调整、焊条冶金性能研究、熔渣结构研究三个方面综述了焊条性能改进的研究进展。指出药皮组分调整是改善焊条工艺性能、控制杂质含量的基本途径,而研究熔渣微观结构及其对焊条工艺性能的影响规律是改善焊条工艺性能的理论基础,并可从熔渣的微观结构及形成机理入手,指导焊条产品的设计。
Research on the improvement of electrode performance were reviewed from three aspects:adjustment of electrode coating,metallurgy quality controlling and slag microstructure.Optimizing of the electrode coating was the prime way to improve the usability of electrode and control the impurity content.While the research on the slag microstructure and its effect on the usability of electrode were the theoretic basis to impove the usability of the electrode.The microstructure theory of the slag would be relied on to instruct the design of electrode.
