摘要
利用扫描电镜对失效压铸模具热疲劳裂纹的宏观、微观、断口形貌进行了分析．分析表明，裂纹尖端不断分枝，裂纹内的氧化物内部被破坏，并产生了新的裂纹．热疲劳断口形貌为典型的沿晶加韧窝混合型断口．
The macro-morphology, micro-morphology and fracture morphlogy of failure die casting dies were analyzed.
