摘要
利用扫描电镜对失效压铸模具热疲劳裂纹的宏观、微观、断口形貌进行了分析.分析表明,裂纹尖端不断分枝,裂纹内的氧化物内部被破坏,并产生了新的裂纹.热疲劳断口形貌为典型的沿晶加韧窝混合型断口.
The macro-morphology, micro-morphology and fracture morphlogy of failure die casting dies were analyzed.
