摘要 利用工件和定位元件的尺寸、角度等几何参数确定工序基准的坐标 ,在此基础上介绍了定位误差的极值计算法 ,推导了各种微分计算式 ,从理论上严格证明了合成计算法及其使用条件 ,并说明当定位误差涉及的独立变量较多时 ,用概率法计算更接近实际情况且有利于夹具的设计和制造 计算实例表明本文介绍的极值法和微分法简单实用 ,既能用于复杂的定位误差计算 。 The coordinate of operation reference is determined in terms of such geometrical parameters of the workpiece and positioning elements as dimensions and angles. On the above basis, the extreme method of calculating the positioning error is introduced; various differential calculated formulae are derived and the compound method and its application conditions are strictly proved in theory. When the positioning error is involved in more independent variables, the paper states that the probability solution is more practical and beneficial to the tongs’design and manufacture. Finally, the examples show that the extreme and differential methods are simple and practical, they may not only be used to calculate complicated positioning errors, but also be easily integrated into the CAD system of optimum dimensioning on parts.
