摘要
介绍了三种以偏心轮为直接夹紧元件的双圆柱定位钻模,此类夹具结构简单、制造工艺性好,适用于在轴向上定位部位与夹紧部位重合的轴、销、套类零件的径向孔加工。推导了三种钻模定位误差的通用计算公式和微分近似计算公式,提出了在不同定位误差要求下三种定位钻模适用的加工场合。
Three kinds of drill jigs with double-cylinder orientation by taking eccentric-cam as the direct clamping device are introduced. The jigs with simple structures and good manufacturing process can be applied in machining the radial direction holes on shafts, pins or sleeves whose locating part and clamping part are concurrent. The general calculation formulas and differential approximate calculation ones are deduced, and the different machining occasions applying those jigs in condition of different demand of positioning errors are presented.
