摘要
本文通过一系列的剥离试验结果分析了胶粘剂剥离强度与夹层结构剥离破坏模式的关系,提出了铝蜂窝芯粘接边强度的概念,并和剥离强度加以比较,进一步阐明了铝蜂窝结构剥离试验时发生不同破坏模式的原因。文章还论述了芯子撕裂破坏与使用要求之问的关系。
In this paper, the relationship between the peel strength of adhesives and peel failure mode of their sandwich structure is investigated with a series of peel tests. The concept of bonding edge strength for the aluminium honeycomb is presented. Comparison between bonding edge strength is made and the reasons of different failure modes during peel test are described. The relationship between core cell tear failure and application of structures is also discussed.
