摘要
研究了直九机用Nomex蜂窝的材料、工艺和物理力学性能,分析讨论了提高大尺寸小孔格Nomex蜂窝综合性能的机理与途径。研究结果表明,改进工艺后的Nomex蜂窝脆性和铺覆性等得到了显著改善。
A study on the materials,technology,physical and mechanical properties of Nomex honeycomb for Z9 helicopter is presented in this paper. The brittleness and the technology have been modified. The mechanism and approach to improved the comprehensive properties by using the large-area and small cell size Nomex honeycomb are discussed.
