摘要
用能谱仪对高性能矿渣胶凝材料样品进行了微区化学成分定量分析 .结果表明 :高性能矿渣胶凝材料的水化产物主要为CaO/SiO2 质量比接近于 1的铝硅酸钙凝胶 ,另外还含有少量的Na2 O ,MgO成分 .
The small area chemical composition quantitative analysis of high performance slag cementitious materials was studied using XPS. The results showed the hydration products include a lot of calcium aluminosilicate gels (The mass ratio of CaO/SiO2 is close to 1) and a little Na2O, MgO compositions.
