利用电石渣和碱性氧化物激发矿渣活性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究比较了生石灰、电石渣、NaOH、NaOH与电石渣共掺对矿渣的激发作用。结果表明:CaO:矿渣=1:9为最佳掺量,28d抗折强度为5.15MPa,抗压强度为19.15MPa;电石渣:矿渣=1:9为最佳掺量,28d抗折强度为4.48MPa,抗压强度为16.29MPa。电石渣与矿渣的配合比1:9时,用0.1%NaOH激发矿渣强度较强,但效果不如未用强碱激发时的强度。 Slag performance such as CaO, carbide slag, NaOH and activation of mixture with NaOH and carbide slag were compared and studied. The result indicated the best mix ratio of CaO and slag was1:9. The flexural strength was 5.15 MPa at 28 day and the compressive strength was 19.15 MPa; the best mix ratio of carbide slag and slag was also 1:9. The flexural strength was 4.48 MPa at 28 day and the compressive strength was 16.29 MPa.When the ratio of carbide slag and slag was 1:9, the strength with 0.1% NaOH activated slag was higher, but the effect is not better than alkali activated slag.
