摘要
介绍了湖北省秭归县龙潭河大桥钢管混凝土的配合比和施工工艺 .工程施工情况表明 ,该混凝土具有可泵性好、高强、早强、微膨胀等性能 .采用锤击、超声波与钻芯取样等方法对钢管和缀板内的混凝土进行了检测 ,检测结果表明 ,钢管内和缀板间的混凝土密实 ,混凝土与钢管或缀板间无缝隙 ,说明这两种材料形成的组合结构比较合理 .
The mix proportion and construction technology of the concrete filled steel tube of the Longtan River Bridge were introduced. The construction process showed that the concrete has many advantages such as good workability, high strength (both early and long-time) and proper expansive properties. The hammer beating detecting, ultrasonic-detecting and boring-core detecting showed that the concrete in the tubes and binding planks was very dense. There was not cracks existing between the concrete and steel tube or between the binding planks, which means that the combination structure formed from the concrete and steel tube is rational.
