摘要
有机磷农药对过氧化氢氧化联苯胺有强烈的催化作用。由此建立起过氧化氢氧化联苯胺催化光度法测定有机磷农药的新方法。这个方法操作容易,测定快速,设备简单,是对大多数有机磷农药如1605、1059、4049、甲基1605、甲基1059、八甲磷、二甲吸硫磷等的测定均属有用的较为通用的方法。本文仅以敌百虫的分析为例报道研究结果。
A catalytic spectrophotometric method based on the oxida- tion of benzidine with H_2O_2 by means of organophosphorous pesticide has been investgated.The method is simple,rapid and requires less equipm- ent.It is to be regarded as a more general method for organophosphorous pestcide determination as most of the organophosphorous pasticides such as Parathion,Systox,Malathion,Methylparathion,Metaystox,Schradan and M-81 etc.can be thus spectrophometrically determined.Only the deter mination of Dipterex is given to be as an example in this paper.
