光解催化光度法测定药品VB_(12)中钴的含量 被引量:1

DETERMINECTION OF COBALT IN VITAMIN B_(12) WITH PHOTODECOMPOSITIVE CATALYTIC SPECTROPHTOMTRIC METHOD

摘要 本文提出了在CO(Ⅱ )的催化下 ,草酸铁钾的光解反应产物Fe(Ⅱ )与邻菲 口罗 啉生成的桔红色络合物的吸光度在一定的实验条件下与试CO(Ⅱ )的含量 0 2~ 2 .8(μg/ml)呈良好的线性关系 ,从而建立了一种的光化学———动力学测定钴的方法 ,本法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,用于药品VB1 2 中钴含量的测定 。 Here our experimental showed that the absorbance (A) of a kind of cobalt(Ⅱ)in VB 12 over the range of 0.2 to 2.8 mg/L levels under given experimental conditions.The complex compound resulted from the reaction between 1,10-phenanthroline(phen).and the product,Fe(Ⅱ),generated from photorediction of potassium ferric oxalate by using catalysis of cobalt(Ⅱ).In view of the above,a photochemi caldgnamic method to determine C O(Ⅱ) has been advanced.Investigated more minutelg the experimental conditions and possible interferingions, C O(Ⅱ) content in sample,VB 12 ,Were determined.
