摘要
本研究选用40个不同类型的陆地棉品种,对纤维品质的多项指标及同指标不同测试方法间的相关特性进行了综合分析。结果表明,零隔距比强度虽与成纱品质相关性稍低,但是反映纤维本身拉伸性能的基本指标,测试结果稳定可靠,应继续测定;不同测试方法得到的3.2毫米隔距比强度间虽有正相关性,但因试验仪器与操作方法的差异,并无极高正相关,我国应尽快统一该指标的测试方法与标准,以免混乱;利用 HVI 比强度和马克隆值可推算单纤维强度;长度、细度与强度之间,长度整齐度与马克隆值,成熟系数与单纤维强力间有一定正相关。最后还对不同强度指标的影响因素进行了初步理论分析。
The correlation among the different fiber characters of the 40 upland cotton varieties and the results of the different test methods of the same character had been analysed comprehensiv- ely.This study demonstrated that,although the zero gauge tenacity had lower correlation with yarn strength than 3.2mm gauge tenacity,it can reflect the fiber strength actually and should be tested continually Influenced by the differences of the test methods on the 3.2mm gauge tenacity,there are not significantly higher positive correlation in the results of different methods.By HVI strength and Mic.,the fiber breacking load can be estimated.There are some positive correlation among the fiber length,fineness(Nm) and strength.The fiber length uniformity had positive correlation with Mic.,fiber maturity and fiber breaking load.In the last part of the thesis,the reasons effected on the fiber strength had been analysed preliminari- ly.
