摘要
介绍了DNA氧化损伤对生物体的影响 ,主要的DNA氧化损伤产物8_羟基鸟嘌呤和5_羟基胞嘧啶的形成及其检测方法 ,并对目前DNA氧化损伤产物研究存在的问题进行了讨论。
The relation of DNA damage caused by free radical of active oxygen to human diseases is introduced. The formation of main DNA damage products 8 _ oxo _ 7,8 _ dihydro _ 2′ _ deoxyguanine and 5 _ hydroxy _ 2′_ deoxycotosine and their determination methods are discussed. Sixty _ five references are cited.
