摘要
应用定量的红外热分析 ,研究了三种由聚四氢呋喃 ( Mn=2 0 0 0 )、4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、N-甲基二乙醇胺或 1 ,4-丁二醇合成的 TPU中氢键化程度及其温度依赖性。并通过Van't Hoff作图 ,求出氢键解离的热焓和熵变化。
Infrared thermal analysis was used to study the extent of hydrogen bonding and its temperature dependence in three TPU samples synthesized from poly(tetramethylene oxide) of 2000 number average relative molecular mass, 4,4' methane diisocyanate, N methyl diethanol amine/or l,4 butandiol. It was found that there are extensive hydrogen bonding in the TPU sample The extent of hydrogen bonding decreases significantly with the increasing of temperature. The enthalpy and entropy for hydrogen bond dissociation was determined by Van't Hoff plot. With similar hard segment content, the hydrogen bonding extent of the sample chain extended by 1,4 butandiol is higher than of one chain extended by N methyl diethanol amine. While in the case of same chain extended structure, the hydrogen bonding extent increases with the increasing of hard segment content.
