涂料用水性聚氨酯的研制

摘要 合成了稳定的聚醚型阴离子聚氨酯乳液。研究了w(二羟甲基丙酸)、n(异氰酸根)与n(羟基)之比、中和剂的种类对乳液和胶膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:乳液的黏度、稳定性随着w(二羟甲基丙酸)的增大而增大,当w(二羟甲基丙酸)为7.5%时乳液和胶膜性能最好;涂膜的拉伸强度随n(异氰酸根)与n(羟基)之比增大而增大,断裂伸长率随n(异氰酸根)与n(羟基)之比增大而减小,适宜的n(异氰酸根)与n(羟基)之比应在7.5~8.0之间;用三乙胺做中和剂得到的乳液外观和稳定性好于氢氧化钠和氨水。 Stable waterbased polyurethane emulsion (WPU) was synthesized with toluene diisocyanate, polyether 210, dimethylol propionic acid and triethylamine. Influence of w (dimethylol propionie acid) , n(-NCO)/n(-OH) and neutralized reagent on properties of the emulsion and the resulted film was investigated. The results showed that stability and viscosity of WPU increased with the increase w ( dimethylol propionie acid) ; when w (dimethylol propionie acid) was 7.5 % , the performance of PUA and the resulted film was perfect; the breaking elongation of the film decreased and stretch intensity increased with the increase of n ( - NCO)/n ( - OH), and the optimal value was 7.5 - 8.0 ; the emulsion with the excellent performance and stability was prepared with triethylamine as neutralized reagent.
