摘要
研究了元素铋对Sn -Zn系合金钎料湿润性能的影响 ,结果发现Sn -Zn的湿润性能可通过元素铋的加入而得到有效地改善。当铋的含量大于 5 %时 ,钎料可获得与Sn - 45 %Pb系合金相当的润湿性能 ,但再在合金中加入微量的以镧。
This paper focuses on the wettability of the Sn-Zn alloys, an ideal substitute of Pb-Sn alloys, which can be affected by the content of the element Bi and the Re. It demonstrates that the wettability of the new solders increases as the content of Bi becomes high.Desirable wettability can be obtained when the content is up to 5% or more. However,it can decrease when a little real earth is added.
