摘要
针对新型超高强铝合金材料的热加工工艺进行了研究。通过镦粗工艺试验 ,确定了该材料的热变形工艺参数 ,并对其进行了等温模锻工艺研究。为超高强铝合金材料通过大变形来获得高性能产品进行了初步的探索。
The heat process technology had been studied for new ultra high strength aluminum alloy in this paper.The technological parameter of heat deformation was confirmed by the test of Upsetting technology,and the isothermal stamping was studied.The primary explore is processed for high performance of ultra high strength aluminum alloy by great deformation.
