摘要
针对超高强铝合金的特点 ,从改善合金性能的角度出发 ,研究了几种均匀化制度。研究发现 ,两级均匀化优于单级均匀化 ;40 0℃短时保温有利于提供合金的综合性能 ,其原因是促进了Al3Zr粒子的弥散析出 ,最终细化了亚晶粒所致。研究认为 ,较好的均匀化制度是 40 0℃ / 4h +4 6 3℃ / 2 4h。
In order to improve the properties of the ultra-high strength aluminum alloy, some variable homogenization processes were studied. It is found that the two-stage homogenizations are better than those of one-stage. The properties are improved through the plateau of 400°C, which is explained that it can accelerate the precipitation of Al3 Zr which finning the sub-grains. The excellent homogenization process have been determined-400°C/4h + 463°C/24h.
