摘要
研究了ZL114A合金大型铸件熔化极气体保护焊 (MIG)焊补区域的组织与性能。金相观察表明 ,在靠近熔合线附近的热影响区内存在共晶复熔组织。焊补时 ,基体中Mg2 Si向复熔体扩散 ;远离熔合线的热影响区内 ,基体中固溶的Mg2 Si发生过时效 ,从而导致基体软化 ,显微硬度下降。T1处理时不能消除复熔共晶和基体软化 ,故热影响区的宏观力学性能降低 ,但降幅不到 10 %。
Microstructure and properties of repaired welding area in large aluminum alloy ZL114A castings by MIG(Metal Inertia Gas) welding technology were studied. The results of metallographical observation showed that there has the existence of eutectic remelting microstructure in heat effected area near the melting line. Mg 2Si in matrix diffused into the remelting eutectic microstructure; solid dissolved Mg 2Si in matrix in heat effected area far from remelting line was overaged, resulting in matrix softening and hardness decrease. T1 heat treatment couldn't eliminate remelted eutectic microstructure and matrix softening, so that the mechanical properties of the heat effected area is slightly decreased by 10%.
