摘要 试验研究了ZL205A高强铸造铝合金手工钨极氩弧焊焊接接头的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明,ZL205A铝合金焊接性能较好,由于焊接热循环,焊接接头的力学性能远低于母材的力学性能。焊接接头中焊缝硬度值最低,焊缝拉伸性能最差,因此焊缝为焊接接头最薄弱区。焊接接头热影响区内的软化区由于过时效导致强化相聚集长大,性能较差,是焊接接头中第二薄弱区。焊接接头经过T5处理,提高了接头的强度。 This paper introduced welded joint microstructure and properties of high strength Al-Cu alloy ZL205A, ZL205A alloy was welded by using imported ZL205A welding wire with method of TIG. The results show that due to the weld thermal cycle,the mechanical properties of the ZL205A alloy welded joint are worse than those of the base metal. The weld zone is the weakest point in the welded joint,and the soften zone in heat affected zone is the second weakest point in the welded joint which is formed due to the overaging of main strengthening phase particles leading to coarsening. After T5 treatment, the welded joint properties of ZL205A aluminum alloy is increased.
