摘要
采用金相、扫描电镜、原子力显微镜等手段 ,观察研究深冷处理对 1 6Mn钢低碳马氏体形态和回火特性的影响。结果表明 :深冷处理引起马氏体微分解和超低细碳化物核心形成 ,使马氏体条束和条束内的亚单元细化 ,硬度有所提高但长时深冷处理对硬度影响不大 ,深冷处理促进马氏体的低温回火转变。
The influence of cryogenic treatment on the microstructure and tempering curve of low carbon martensite in 16Mn steel samples after quenched was investigated through measuring tempering hardness and observing microstructures by OM,SEM and AFM. The results showed that martensite was microdecomposed and superfine carbide was formed due to the cryogenic treatment,which lead martensite lath and its sub unite smaller,and raised the martensite hardness.The research also showed that cryogenic treatment accelerated low tempering transformation.
