摘要
本文将以Fe代Co的金刚石工具 (胎体 )材料作为重点研究对象 ,借鉴了稀土在硬质合金中应用的工艺经验 ,主要以掺杂法添加稀土La或Ce ,对添加方式、添加形态及添加量进行了改进和优化 ,同时还在工艺过程中用TiH2 进行了还原处理 ,确定了较佳的TiH2 还原处理工艺路线 ,测试了金刚石工具 (胎体 )材料的实际使用性能 ,证实了在金刚石工具 (胎体 )材料中以Fe代Co 。
In this paper, experiments are made on the rare earth matrix composites of diamond tool with Fe replacing Co. The rare earth La or Ce is added by means of dopping technique. The adding way, adding form and adding dosage are improved and optimized through experiments. The TiH 2 powder is employed for the reduction of H 2 and the optimum reduction technique process is determined. The applicability of the above matrix composites is tested. It is proved to be successful to replace Co with Fe and to add rare earth elements for improving the matrix performances of diamond tool.
