摘要
在铁镍部分代钴的基础上,采用常规硬质合金工艺,以不同的混合稀土添加量进行了实验。加入适量稀土可提高合金的抗弯强度,最大提高幅度为58%,硬度也有一定的增加(05~2HRA)。同时,对稀土强化铁镍代钴硬质合金的机理进行了初步探讨。
The conventional producing process of cemented carbide was applied on the basis of replacing cobalt partly with iron and nickel and the mixed rare earth of different content was added. The results shows that the bending strength of the alloy is improved in some extent when the proper rare earth is added. The maximum increasing range is 5.8%. The hardness is also improved (0.5~2 HRA) at the same time. The strengthening mechamism of the rare earth added cemented carbide, of which the iron and nickel are used to replace the cobalt, was discussed primerily.
