摘要
目的 :比较枳子酒与枳子水提取液解酒毒作用。方法 :考察醒酒时间、乙醇浓度、丙二醛含量、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力。结果 :枳子水提取液可明显缩短乙醇诱导的小鼠睡眠时间 ,降低血中乙醇的浓度 ,降低丙二醛含量并能提高谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力 ;枳子酒作用不显。结论 :枳子水提取液具解酒毒功效。
Objective:To compare the detoxification effects of wine and aqueous extract of Hovenia dulcis Thunb. (HDT) on acute alcohol toxicity in mice.Methods:To investigate sleeping time, alcohol concentration, MDA content and GSH-Px activity.Results:Aqueous extract of HDT can shorten sleeping time induced by alcohol, decrease alcohol concentration, reduce MDA content and increase GSH-Px activity significantly. The wine of HDT can not significantly improve indexes above.Conclusion:The aqueous extract of HDT hsa the effects of relieving alcohol toxicity.
