摘要
目的 探讨Fas和FasL在镜检大肠癌黏膜的表达与肿瘤浸润转移的关系。方法 免疫组化 (SP)法分别对 5 1例大肠癌和 42例正常大肠黏膜的镜检组织进行了Fas ,FasL表达的检测。结果 42例正常大肠黏膜为Fas ,FasL阳性 ,阳性率 10 0 %。大肠癌黏膜Fas ,FasL阳性率分别为 35 % ( 18/5 1)和 39% ( 2 0 /5 1)。大肠癌黏膜Fas ,FasL表达阳性率明显低于正常大肠黏膜 (P <0 .0 1)。大肠癌黏膜Fas ,FasL表达与局部浸润深度、淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。 6例肝转移者 ,其镜检原发灶黏膜Fas均为阴性。镜检癌黏膜同时表达Fas ,FasL阳性率为 12 % ( 6 /5 1) ,Fas( -)FasL( +)癌黏膜比Fas( +)FasL( -)更易侵及浆膜或浆膜外 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 Fas ,FasL的表达异常与大肠癌的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of Fas and FasL in endoscopic biopsy specimens of colon cancer and their correlation with invasion and metastasis. Methods The expression of Fas amd FasL protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 51 endoscopic biospy specimens of colon cancer and 42 endoscopic biospy specimens of normal colon. Results Fas and FasL expression was detected in all normal colon specimens. The positive rate of Fas and FasL was 35% and 39% in tumour tissue respectively. There was significant different expression of Fas and FasL in normal colon and colon cancer specimens ( P <0.01). There was no significant correlation between Fas and FasL expressions and the depth of tumour invasion or lymph node metastasis. Fas was negative in 6 patients with liver metastasis. Co-expression of Fas and FasL was 12% in colon cancer. Colon cancer with Fas(-)FasL(+) was more likely to invade colon tunica serosa than those with Fas(+)FasL(-). Conclusion The abnormal expression of Fas and FasL protein is correlated with the development of colon cancer. Fas protein loss might correlate with liver metastasis of colon cancer.
