摘要
目的 研究 Fas配体在大肠癌细胞中的表达。方法 分别采用反转录 -聚合酶链反应和流式细胞仪技术检测了大肠癌细胞株中 Fas配体 m RNA和细胞表面蛋白的表达。结果 在检测的六株大肠癌细胞中 ,全部表达 Fas配体m RNA;部分表达 Fas配体细胞表面蛋白。结论 至少部分大肠癌细胞表达 Fas配体 ,并可能以此反击机体免疫系统 。
Objective To investigate the expression of Fas ligand in human colon carcinoma cell lines.Methods A total of six human colon cancer cell lines were examined for the expression of Fas ligand mRNA and cell surface protein by using RT PCR and flow cytometry, respectively.Results The results showed that Fas ligand mRNA was expressed in all of these six cancer cell lines and Fas ligand cell suface protein was expressed in a part of them. Conclusion These data suggest that Fas ligand was expressed, at least in part, in human colon cancer cell lines and this may facilitate to escape from immune surveillance of the host.
