摘要
目的 探讨难治性慢性前列腺炎的手术治疗效果。方法 观察随访我院近 4年来手术治疗的 14例难治性慢性前列腺炎患者 ,分析总结了手术指征、手术技巧和治疗效果。结果 14例患者中 ,10例症状全部消失 ,2例明显好转 ,有效率 85 % ,未出现严重并发症。
Objective To study the efficacy of treatment of refractory chronic prostatitis with TURP. Methods Fourteen patients with refractory chronic prostatitis treated by TURP were followed up, the indication of operation TURP technique and surgical results were analyzed. Results Among the fourteen patients,10 were cured,2 improved, a total efficacy of 85%. No serious complication was observed. Conclusion TURP is an effective therapy for refractory chronic prostatitis
