摘要
目的探讨超声引导联合药物注射治疗难治性前列腺炎的可行性。方法采用经直肠超声引导对34例难治性前列腺炎患者行前列腺两侧外腺(或回声减低区)及精囊腺联合药物注射治疗,每周2次,4-5周为一疗程,观察疗效及副作用。结果 28例治愈,6例有效。术后小腹胀痛 15例,大小便带血或血性精液10例,均自行消失,无感染或大出血发生。结论经直肠超声引导前列腺两侧外腺和精囊腺内联合药物注射是治疗难治性前列腺炎的一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of ultrasound-guided injection of combined medications for the treatment of intractable prostatitis. Methods Guided by transrectal ultrasound the antibiotics were injected into the left and right outer glands of prostate （or low echo zones） and seminal vesicles in 34 patients with intractable prostatitis. The injection was performed twice per week, 4-5 weeks per course. The efficacy and adverse effects were observed. Results With the treatment, 28 patients were cured and 6 patients were improved. After treatment 15 patients had lower abdomen pain; and 10 patients had hernatochezia, hematuria or hemospermia, which disappeared spontaneously afterwards. There was no infection or massive hemorrhage in this group. Condusions The injection of combined medications into the prostate and seminal vesicle guided by transrectal ultrasound is a safe and effective method for the treatment of intractable prostatifis.
