摘要
本文采用黑索金炸药和不同配比的水泥砂浆试件对炸药岩石阻抗匹配进行模拟爆破试验,采用自行设计加工的简易微型压电式压力传感器,对5组不同阻抗匹配条件下的爆炸应力波进行测试,并对爆破后的块度进行筛分统计,以K_(50),K_(80)。和大块率等指标综合评价爆破效果。通过对试验结果分析表明,炸药岩石阻抗最优匹配区并非在其匹配系数等于1处,而是在1.6~1.65之间,并提出了以爆破的破碎圈半径大小来评价炸药岩石阻抗匹配情况的建议。
Simulation blasting tests were made to study the matched impedance between explosive and rock with RDX and samples made of cement mortar mixed at different ratio. The stress waves were measured with mini-piezoelectric stress gauges, and the blasting efficiency was evaluated with the indices of K_(50), K_(80) and percentage of large size. The results of experiment indicated that the best matched impedance is not at a point when coefficient is 1 but in the range of 1.5 to 1.65. A proposal was made that radius of broken zone can be used to evaluate the matched impedance between explosive and rock.
