炸药与岩石的全过程匹配 被引量:19

摘要 本文从爆破过程能量分配和利用的角度出发,分析提高能量利用率的途径。通过研究认为,应力波能和气体能大小以及它们之间的比例将影响能量利用率的高低,而这些又受岩石、炸药和孔网参数等综合因素的制约,因此,在合理匹配炸药与岩石时,应考虑炸药与岩石相互作用全过程的能量传递关系,从而提出炸药与岩石全过程匹配的观点。 In this paper from the viewpoint of the energy distribution and utilization throughout blasting fragmentation process, the approaches are studied to the improvement in the energy utilization, which not only. is determined by the magnitude of stress wave energy and explosion gas energy, but by their ratioes. And these factors are in turn dependent on the characteristics of rock and explosives used, and blasthole pattern and so on. Therefore the energy transfer throughout the interaction between explosives and rock should be taken into account for their reasonable match, In this paper, a theory is developed on the matching of explosives with rock throughout the blasting process.
