摘要
目的 对中国南方地区 30 0例系统性红斑狼疮患者家系的遗传方式进行研究 ,探讨可能的遗传模式。方法 用遗传流行病统计分析 L ogistic模型截尾性状分离分析 (statistical analysis for geneticepidemiolgy- REGTL,SAGE- REGTL)软件进行复合分离分析 ,探讨可能的遗传模式和致病基因频率。结果SAGE- REGTL软件分析显示存在主基因效应、加性模型拟合最好 ,支持在多基因基础上有符合孟德尔遗传的主基因效应 ,基因频率为 0 .336 ,随年龄的增加 ,遗传因素所起作用减小 ,环境因素增加。结论 系统性红斑狼疮为加性遗传模型 ,基因频率为 0 .
Objective To explore the genetic model of systemic lupu s erythematosus(SLE).Methods Complex segregation analysis was per formed by using statistical analysis for genetic epidemiology-REGTL (SAGE-REGT L). The genetic model and gene frequency were estimated. 300 pedigrees with SLE were collected from 300 patients as probands.Results The comple x segregation analysis found the genetic model of SLE to be additive,t he gene frequency 0.336. The authors believe the possibility of some differen t modes coexisting under different circumstances. The genetic effect on young ma n is stronger than that on old one. Conclusion This study sugg es ts that the genetic mode of SLE could be the major gene trait, and additive mode is the best fitted one.
