摘要
针对摇臂钻床的缺点，设计了将摇臂钻床改造为数控钻床的电气控制方案．该方案采用一台单片机控制二台步进电机，其中一台步进电机的升降速控制和三相脉冲分配由硬件实现，另一台步进电机则完全由软件控制．给出了主要硬件电路的实现方法和软件设计要点．
A Programme for transforming the rockerarm drilling ma c hine into the numerical control drilling machine is introduced to overcome the d efects of the former.In the programme,a micro. computer and two stepping motor are applied.One stepping motor performs the function of three. phase distributor and controls ascending and disacending of velocity by software.The other is comp letely controll by software.The chief hardware circuits and the design of softwa re is also presented in the paper.
