摘要
振动攻丝作为一种加工小直径内螺纹的特种加工方法,有广泛的应用前景。本文介绍了用步进电机控制振动攻丝的攻丝机的实时控制和数据采集系统,并给出了部分核心程序。
This paper introduces the vibration tapping process and the methods of control of the cutting parameter by step-motor. Besides,this article describes how to achieve the data of the tapping torque.
