摘要
目的 对比研究酵母菌的体外抗真菌药敏试验多量与微量稀释法。方法 采用美国国家临床试验标准化委员会(NCCLS)推荐的药敏试验方案的多量稀释法和微量稀释法,分别测定45株念珠菌(包括来自国外AIDS患者的28株氟康唑耐药株,15株国内临床分离株和2株ATCC模式株)对氟康唑的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值。结果 采用NCCLS推荐的多量稀释法与微量稀释法测定45株念珠菌对氟康唑的MIC值一致为91%。结论 体外抗真菌药敏试验的多量稀释法与微量稀释法有较好的一致性,微量稀释法可以做为一种较好的体外抗真菌药敏试验方法在临床实验室推广使用。
Objective To compare broth macro and microdilution methods for in vitro antifungal susceptibility testing. Methods The minimum inhibitory concentration (MICs) of fluconazole for 45 isolates of Candida spp. were determined by broth macro and microdilution methods according to the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) recommedation. The tested strains included 28 FCZ resistant strains which were presented by foreign researchers, 15 clinical isolates of Candida albians and 2 standard strains. Results 91% agreement between the reference macrodilution and microdilution fluconazole susceptibility test for 45 isolates ofCandida spp. were measured, according to NCCLS guide lines. Conclusion The macrodilution method may be an adequate tool for antifungal susceptibility testing in clinical laboratory when performed by following the NCCLS.
